  1. I’m done blaming myself for my son’s mental illness 🎤 No looking back.. only forward🎯. My son was born at 26 weeks after my water broke prematurely at 19 weeks. I did my best then.. and I’m doing my best to guide him. He went to the best schools..had a lot of attention at home etc.. He was well cared for in every way and he still became mentally ill. Most difficult thing for a parent is to watch their child deteriorate 🎤
My son trusts me and knows I have his best interest. He may need medication his entire life, but he follows the program. I pray that he stays on the right path.
Parents need to remember to take care of their own mental and physical health in order to stay strong 💪.

  2. Poor planning in life, especially where example of good planning is absent in a child's life as they are growing up, and worse where there is dysfunctional environment, breeds mental illness.

  3. I may be saying something ignorant, but it would be remarkable if one day they (scientists/surgeons) are able to scan someone's brain to see and establish if their neurons are damaged and literally fix them through genetic engineering.

  4. I could be wrong, but I think food has a lot to do with things. If you are lacking certain things or need extra here and there. Also, the chemicals in food and sensitivity are key. It's awful to see people you love suffer.

  5. A very big appreciation to Dr IGUDIA on YouTube who cured my Herpes virus infection with his herbal medicine. I recommend everyone who also suffering from Herpes infection to try his herbs medication because it is very effective.
