I have a problem, I can't really see the good or the bad in society anymore, I only just see perspectives on what both of those even mean, I understand that good requires bad and bad requires good but how do we balance them? Is it all just chaos and you must find balance within it? I cannot be just nice to everyone, I feel that when I am really nice to a lot of people I end up being really mean to someone, can I stop that or is it just about finding people to be rude to? How does one tell?

  3. For only one week, I have two courses where I have to do 4 PowerPoints, 3 reports, 8 homeworks, 2 form 10-Ks, and a quiz. And it's this week, Wednesday to Tuesday. I don't know if I forgot something else.

  4. well i feel like when i think about i'm truly not trying to put the full energy into
    getting those habits to fully or balanced out but i know deep down i am trying
    to do i do feel like it's working slowly i just feel like i'm on someone else's clock
    even i'm making the time work for me & the other people when i feel it like i'm
    never getting anything deep taking care of yes washing the dishes yes working
    hard to earn money yes trying my best to eat healthy but not to hate myself
    when not eating something healthy & forgiving myself but still goals real
    when i do find those peaceful moments i'm always on someone else's clock
    meaning taking their time …. i'm fine with just doing what i need to do ….

    once in a while i just wanna do things slowly and happily just once in a while
    just actually trying to enjoying the moment maybe my mind is honestly somewhere
    else when it happens but i'm at least trying to renumber & figure out what that feels
    like we peek trying to find that somewhere else even if i just can figure out how
    to fully be in the moment i can still enjoy the feeling i don't need a drugs or alcohol
    for that i can have this feeling doesn't make worries go away forever just means
    i know i can be happy & forward ……..

    i guess in the end of the day all we have is that i guess

  5. I've done almost all of this in my life but the one I just can't is journaling writing down what I feel is so complicated because of the many things that's happened in my life I find it best to just focus on other situations but this was still Abit helpful thx @andrea 🙂

  6. Iam not feeling well from inside because my bff is in problem in his entire life nobody is there to take care of him
    But I love my bff and take caring of himself which is my responsibility .
    Iam really concerned about him .

  7. My relationship with nature is pretty big… I love planting seeds and watching them grow overtime, its like watching my little kids grow so big and makes me feel so happy and also I am a Taurus which is also an earth sign so yep 💚

  9. My mum recently committed suicide and I started this channel 7 weeks ago to raise awareness and help others with mental health concerns they may have themselves and it’s channels like this that inspired me to do so…
    … There is STILL not enough Mental Health awareness available to people and that is so wrong!!!

  10. To all people with no hope in life:
    You won't experience something daily, one day may be bad and another may be good, you'll never know until you see it, so have hope and don't stress, if you get the thought of a day being bad your brain will get stressed and make it bad, either by doing something or just making you focus on the bad side even if there's just a little amount of little good things in your life, focus on them, It'll most likely make you feel better.

    Remember life will give you battles, but don't give up.

  11. A great video. In life there are only 2 problems–mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming–outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes–Counsellor.
