  1. Adding MCT oil to my carnivore regimen gave me a definite boost of energy and mental strength. I think helping my mitochondria and brain with ketones was beneficial.

  2. Listening to Dr. Chris Palmer . He’s also the founder and director of metabolic and mental health program at McLeans hospital. Amazing what a change in diet can do. I have ocd and anxiety but I feel so much better even my family notices it and they’re in healthcare

  3. So if the "special" diet that mimics the fasting state has the same or more metabolic benefits to fasting, is it the special diet mimicking fasting or fasting mimicks the "special" diet?

    What really is a "fasting mimicking diet?"

    How can you eat food while fasting?

    The paradigm is shifting and I'm here for it.

  4. I am starting to think I should quit carnivore. I have been doing it for a year now but I haven’t seen any health benefits. And now my body rejects the meat I eat so I probably don’t get the nutrients I need. I guess carnivore might not be for everybody.
