I live in Canada… and my mental health has been neglected for 7 years now. Gotten worse and as well my health when I can't afford to eat. This system is killing people. We are slaves to a wage, while the rich have excess.
It is grave comfort to hear that the class system is alive and well in the UK. ¨Could have one more bowl of soup, sir?¨

We do not disregard the gravity of mental illness; instead, we espouse individuals to assimilate their infirmity into the very essence of their being. We extol them to venerate their condition, to bask in the glory of their perceived uniqueness, and to bask in the adoration of society's reverence for their bravery and aesthetics. However, we neglect to impart the much-needed treatment to cure their affliction and instill within them the principles of personal accountability.
