Thank you for covering this topic Joe
Living this story! Waited 7 months to see WSIB approved doctor for ptsd was diagnosis by 3 physicians and a mental health counsellor I only got appointment after a family member made a call to a relative who is on the board with CAMH did I get in. Then they denied my claim offered dr. 40 cents on the dollar was in a union they offered no help because all parties in accident were members of same union! Was kicked out of union for hiring my own lawyer won the tribunal now being harassed by return to work specialist. We need this system changed it’s broken because of all bureaucrat corruption involved. I love what you’re doing, watched your channel for a couple of years it’s been very helpful while I am still learning how to deal with this. I wish there was something I can do to help with fixing this problem! People need to know what’s really going on!
👍
i have to reeducate them, howdoyou have a wirness that say i did,nt have a accident, and many more ?
Chronic pain and psyche were deliberately targeted for reduction or elimination of compensation, Bill 99.
Early 2000's differential treatment based on type of injury was ruled unconstitutional. Legal precedent that WSIB has ignored since.
As always Joe good info.
