Envy in Vulnerable Narcissists: How Insecurity Drives Jealousy and Comparison
Vulnerable narcissists often hide their envy behind insecurity, yet jealousy is at the core of their behaviour. In this video, we explore how vulnerable narcissists feel threatened by others’ success and constantly compare themselves to others, fostering deep resentment. Instead of admiration, they react to others’ achievements with passive-aggressive comments and subtle undermining. Learn how vulnerable narcissists may criticize others’ accomplishments and internalise feelings of inadequacy, portraying themselves as victims in the face of others’ success. Understanding their deep sense of inferiority and envy is crucial for identifying and protecting yourself from narcissistic manipulation.

Yes have listened to them on this. They should really wear a tee shirt that says "I envy everyone". I used to take it for real and feel sorry for them that they had bee by passed. I think now, where were my brains back then? Now I see it for what it really is.
Again super video and this is another of their tricks I had forgotten about.
I've seen it in narc friendships and coworkers. It's obvious. I've actually stopped romantic involvement quickly when I saw it.
But not every time. Unfortunately. Ugh.
Thank you Elizabeth 💜
