In this special episode, we introduce Healing Spaces, a powerful virtual wellness event designed to support those impacted by the recent LA wildfires—including survivors, first responders, and caregivers.
Our hosts, Erinn Chang and Shelby Garay, join Dr. Diego Salinas to discuss how Vibly, Headspace, and NYU Langone are coming together to provide free mental health and coaching resources through a 3-hour online event taking place on April 27, 3–6 PM EST.

💬 Meet the Hosts
Erinn Chang is a seasoned wellbeing specialist, holistic consultant, and executive coach with over 20 years of experience across integrative wellness, leadership development, and corporate health. She has facilitated more than 35,000 client sessions and is known for fusing mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices with business and leadership strategies. Erinn is the founder of multiple wellness-based businesses and has delivered thousands of yoga, meditation, and coaching sessions in both virtual and in-person settings. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations align performance with wellbeing to unlock their highest potential.

Shelby Garay, M.Ed., NBC-HWC, FMCHC is the Senior Manager of Coaching at Headspace and a deeply committed health and wellness coach and educator. With years of experience in behavioral health, she leads the Headspace Training Institute’s Mental Health Coach Training Program, approved by the NBHWC. Shelby also brings her expertise in social justice, reentry programs for justice-impacted individuals, and organizational inclusion efforts. Her passion lies in training coaches, empowering individuals, and driving change through holistic health practices.

Dr. Diego Salinas, co-founder of Vibly, is a neuroscientist and certified health coach who merges science and empathy to support both clients and coaches. As host of Coach Connect, he brings insightful, purpose-driven conversations to the forefront of the wellness community.
