Sir shi me .pta nhi achank se hang kr gya h kya mind.. pdhai se mn hi ht gya..15din se jyada ho gya..pdh hi nhi pa rhe or..mn b nhi kr rha..or exam h..may me..pta nhi kya hoga…lg rha ese. Pdhenge to ho gya qualify
Mental health is joke in Indian society…we can't expect any help from anyone if we are feeling depressed..even from parents…condition become worse when we share anything with them…😢
It is happening with me, apne hi ghar mein rehne ka mann nhi karta, bss yahaan vahaan bhagne ka mann krta par kahi bhi relief nhi milti, koi bhi aisa nhi h jiske saath kuch share kr sku, past traumas haunt krte h, exam ki tension sbse baad mein hoti h. Upar se betrayals and hurt from some very close ones have only worsened things, ghar ka environment only gets mental health worse, bss rone ka mann krta h. I hope I can recover from these soon.
Aspirant to fellow Aspirants – UPSC is becoming a source to unhappiness. I was suffering from mental health issues badly. Symptoms – 1) feeling irritated 2) want to study but study very less. 3) always want to ease my nerves somehow. 4) dont want to meet anyone. 5) cursing and speaking unnecessarily to myself. 6) very less sleep.
For few days, kept my studies aside. Started exercising, sleep for 10-12 daily. Minimum screen time, and walk daily 1 hr. My efficiently has increased now im studying well. Save yourself.
