  1. Sometimes I wonder if foodborne illnesses can have an effect on sensory issues. I don't typically experience sensory overload but I have eaten a few things out and have since experience breast tenderness and sensory issues. Just a thought.

  2. How can I, as a preschool teacher, (3-4 yr olds) help my student who is a sensory seeker? What accommodations can I make for her that won't turn my classroom into chaos when the rest of the students see and want those too

  3. 8:21, i rarely get questions replied to per say. But what about adults. So woodworking is a passion. Part of the care of tools and practice is using waxes. The sensory is negative and id like to know more information collectively about it. Have you covered this already? Checking soon

  4. Since this video was published in 2018, it would be very much appreciated if we could get an updated version on this video. If there has not been an updated version. Thanks.💖

  5. I have horrible misophonia. It makes being a cat mom so difficult. I love my babies to death, but I have to run like my life depends on it when I put their food down. I can't hear them eat even for a second. It makes me wish I was deaf.

  6. I just came here because I was diagnosed with a very odd audio test but I honestly don’t believe this. I don’t have any weird feeling with texture or feel overwhelmed by sounds. I love food and im not a picky eater so to me I really don’t understand why that’s the answer he came to. I have ADHA symptoms but apparently my earring is too good? Honestly think I got scammed

  7. Anything chalky gives me the ick (chalk, baking powder, etc). Emory boards are in a similar category. I'm beginning sketching and wondering how I'll manage with the charcoal. At least I can probably use a brush or glove for blending. Using my bare fingers sounds like a nightmare.

  8. It's so hard to deal with, many days. I react SO strongly to external stimuli…esp touch, light, and sound. I'm so thankful for my occupational therapist. Thankfully I have a dark, mostly quiet room that I can work in. I also use lavender candles often to keep me reasonably calmed down. But when I'm overwhelmed, OMG it's horrible. 🙂 thanks for the nice vid.
