Makes sense
One thing that SEVERELY affects your impression of yourself is sleep and food. It's extremely easy (and tempting) to disregard proper nutritous meals and nourishing sleep. I'm consistently surprised how hard this actually affects your thinking, how much more reasonable I am towards myself. And also, hygiene is big in this effect too – huge.
Oh, that makes sense. I guess that's why it is encouraged to take action even when you don't believe in something.
Action can loosen beliefs, which can then give rise to hope. This hope encourages more action, leading to further loosening of previous beliefs and the formation of new ones.

That is good. Cause I am a billion dollar investor and entrepreneur. Also I am trying to save mankind.
Reality usually is much LESS terrifying than we think.
Video name📛??
Stoicism, the ability to take intentional action through difficult circumstances (always our emotions and perception, ego, resistance). Tank and heal as you press forward, don't evade.
where can i watch the full video of this clip?
the dangers of saying that “I am ____.”
I am a nihilist. Can somebody help??
But what if you have evidence to believe in what you think about yourself like it is true that i have failed in this task over and over again while others have succeded even if their conditions were similar to me.
Seems people are so sure of their own opinions, including of themselves, that they treat them like fact and apply them to everyone else's experience.
Thanks you
Its so true. I knew someone who was brought up in a pretty closed enviroment and were taught to think sexual exploration = bad person. Guess what? They grew up to have intimacy issues. And guess who didn't care and who suddenly expected them to have kids and a partner and be normal immediately after turning 18? It was wild. It took years but once they finally realized how stupid it all was and that their vital impression of themselves being a good person could co exist with being a good partner life got easier. It was all a wild control thing sadly. Their decisions were very out of line with what they actually wanted for such a long time just to hold onto that impression of themselves they thought they needed to be.
Now… How an extremely, chronically anxious person that battles chronic but treated depression, how to help convince them to change their minds about themselves, esp when they're so used to neing bullied, left out or neglected, sabotaged or betrayed, AND without enough or any support, is what I'm teying to solve here. 😐😶
