New mental health facility opens in Hampton
A ribbon cutting was held Friday for a new state-of-the-art facility providing mental health services in Hampton, the B.J. Roberts Behavioral Health Center. The facility was named in honor of a former Hampton sheriff who made mental health a personal crusade.
