Valley Children’s and Behavioral Healthcare

The lack of mental health services for youth here in the Central Valley is alarming. While it’s recommended to have one inpatient bed for every 2,000 people, our 12-county service area only has one bed per every 9,792 people…and only one bed per every 18,968 children ages 6-17. These statistics are not acceptable.
