  1. I used to have OCD, now recoverd. Still get intrusive thoughts but they don't bother me. If you think you're struggling with it, i would recommend looking into ACT and ERP.

  2. I had a therapist who was convinced I had OCD bc I had disturbing thoughts at one point. Every single session would go around the topic trying to find my compulsion, which I did not have one. Years later, I can say for certain that I didn't have ocd

I think its important inherited trait in this world those thoughts are literal logic so increase problem solving skills and practice reeling in solution oriented self control such as think or rather out think bacteria get the knowing feeling of achievement over the environment but also remember to be conscientious
