Secure Adult Mental Health Services – For Me Provider Collaborative (across Thames Valley & Wessex)
Welcome to the For Me Provider Collaborative, a group of NHS and independent secure mental health service providers across Thames Valley and Wessex.
We offer low and medium secure mental health care for adult patients detained under the Mental Health Act or Ministry of Justice oversight, including community preventative and onward pathway services.
In this video, you’ll learn how we support individuals like Sabina, Alan, Max, and Jared, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in the least restrictive setting possible.
Our goal is to provide high-quality specialist care closer to home and help people return to their communities as soon as they are able.
We collaborate across services to share best practices, reduce inefficiencies, and reinvest savings into improved support and facilities. We also work closely with our patients to redesign services to fit their needs and support their recovery.
