ISPAR Conference 2021: Day 1 – Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Behaviour Change

Improvement Through Movement: Performance, health and wellbeing across the lifespan.

The Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Behaviour Change, led by Professor Angel Chater, will open the conference sessions with a focus on ‘Moving medicine for the benefit of physical health and psychological wellbeing’. Dr Stacy Clemes (Loughborough University) will be sharing her expertise on the development and evaluation of interventions to promote health behaviours across the life course. In addition, the Centre will feature research using behavioural science in areas such as obesity, diabetes, psychological wellbeing and bereavement, alongside their REF-submitted Impact Case Study on ‘Changing sedentary behaviour, inactivity, health and wellbeing through influencing policy, training and practice’.
