  1. Your videos are mirrored to how I used to and sometimes feel .
You have really helped me rationalise and recognise how this behaviour keeps you in an anxious state rather than helping…. although I appreciate how difficult it is to break the cycle

  2. If you feel like you can’t breathe wait a couple mins. If you’re still alive you’re likely wrong. Sounds funny (and is) but also can be helpful when you are fine and need to check yourself.

  3. For me panic attacks I learned from a short to just go with the flow
    Fighting it makes it scarier
Accept it's happening, and try to calm down, like trying to ground yourself when lifted off into a tornado

  4. How do you get your body to breathe normally again? I go into manual breathing mode when I try to exercise or get out of breath and it makes me feel like I can't catch my breath.

  5. I experienced health anxiety with various symptoms for a couple years after a wrong diagnosis led me to taking a medication I didn't need that made me feel so ill. I'm better now, but I still hate the sound of my own heartbeat. If I start to hear it, I immediately shift my posture or distract myself with another activity.

  6. Thank you for sharing this is a terrible way to live… it’s been my whole life …. But especially with each passing day I get older…. I’m 47 and all the stuff is hitting me like wow … I’m getting older …. What’s going to start happening … and those crazy thoughts …

  7. Wow that's me!! Checking my pulse all the time!! And because I check it constantly- I feel the skipped heartbeats in the morning because that's when it's at its worst! That takes me into the spin cycle of fear because I feel my heart skipping beats! I do push myself. I still work out and force myself to go places but it is NOT easy!!

  8. Honestly, Planet Ayurveda has been a blessing. Their products helped reduce my anxiety without causing fatigue or addiction. Ayurvedic solutions are powerful and safe. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a healthier path.
