Thank u mam you r doing very good job am a girl of 23 yrs old due to fear for smaller things and rush to do things make me anxious inside I don't observe it but suddenly I Daigonised with generalized anxiety disorder. It breaks me down but on daily basis I choose to watch one of ur video practice it it makes me so relief clam cool and even greatful continue these videos mam

I don't say it but , one answer if chosen is GOD , you meditate on god , say Lord Shiva , I feel a divine energy in me , that calms my mind and helps focus ,
I do pranayama , with breadth so ..and hum .. and I feel the transition point the center of my forehead , I visualise Shiva as yellow/white light .
My devotion is bliss , his holy feet ,
My sava is just , do karma and as his will ,
My Satsang is being with him , his presence, his literature, his omniscience . Is just 5 syllable and that's enough .
Word to word superb explained sister 💓 Always my pray.
