  2. I started being more mindful of every chew all the flavors in my meal and the meal im eating itself and it makes me feel like I'm actually getting full instead of just eating for the sake of it. It's hard t😊o put my experience into words but mindfulness during anything (especially eating) helps your awareness.. this is a great topic to speak on
