  1. Is it the mindlesness factor the same if we engage in conversations while eating? Perhaps that’s no better than eating while sucked into the internet or television. Maybe we should eat silently and solitary so we can concentrate fully?

  2. Ugh. Being animals is such a bother. I wish I didn't have to eat. And watching other people eat is sheer torture. I'd rather listen to finger nails on a chalkboard.

  3. Eating is an unpleasant chore for me. I can imagine that being more mindful while you're eating is a good thing, but I prefer to be unaware of the process. Biology is yucky.

  5. Eating on time is also crucial factor, and choose a healthy diet that tastes good! I think a lot of people focus on creating a "diet", but if you customize the flavor to how you like it, you will find yourself eating at the right time.
