Mostly sister ure videos are No Solution , No Recovery (Only coping 😢 Also The people who have gone through and Recovered from anxiety panic and depression will Truly get it
That sounds like describing atypical depression. The kind where you can't get out of bed and you have "leaden paralysis". What about MDD where you wake up and you are in a panic and most of your depression and anxiety is from when you wake up until maybe in the afternoon when it can slightly improve. What about if you wake up too early with early morning awakening which is a hallmark of major depressive disorder, and the last thing you want to do is lay in bed. That can make for a high functioning depressed person because they have no problem getting out of bed and getting the hell out of their house. They are just extremely agitated and panicky and sad the whole time.
Anxiety usually wakes me up each morning and then depression hits hard. Like today was rough but the pattern is that it does seem to get better by the afternoon. I can go from feeling completely hopeless to feeling things will work out in a matter of a few hours. Very tiring.
It's called circadian rhytm and metabolic health (closely tied to our lifestyle habits and choices on a daily basis… lack of morning direct sunshine, blue screens, LEDs, staying up too late and missing on a benefits of the night, stillness, rest and sleep in the darkness… not to mention lack of movement, grounding in nature, human genuine connections and carbohydrate based diets… just perfectly set stage for a depression and mental issues).
So working on one's metabolic health will 100% show as an improvement (and very quick one) in the mental health as well.
Thank you so much. I thought I was alone with this symptom . My depression is definitely related to hormones. I’m better than good when I’m pregnant and the depression comes back with a vengeance four days after childbirth. Then It doesn’t go away.
