  1. I used all my trauma to be self-sufficient and resourceful. I own an apartment with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, have no debt and have savings to last me 28 years. I can do web programming and a little bit of TIG welding. I know English and a little bit of German both foreign languages.

  2. God can heal trauma, He has healed parts of mine, but that hurt will always hurt. God can take every evil thing and turn it for good. That good can be and mean many things, might even just be helping someone else and saving their life in the long run that we cannot see right now. It happened, and there’s no taking that back. I believe what heals trauma is healing, there’s steps you can take but idk if it can be done alone. And I think most of the healing comes from being in safety or a person who doesn’t hurt you, that will be your healing. What I’m trying to say is there’s nothing one person who has been traumatized or repeatedly can do on their own, they are wounded, and you can’t heal yourself magically or through works. It’s through experiencing the opposite of that trauma that healing happens. Ofc you gotta have compassion for yourself and nurture yourself too. Those are my thoughts, I like to listen to Gabor Mate I think is his name on the topic of trauma
