Also, many of the really good mental health providers no longer take health insurance which makes those who desperately need their services either have to go deeply into debt, are just priced out of the help they truly need, or are forced to settle for inadequate services from providers that are not skilled or experienced enough to give them the help they desperately need. I am currently in this predicament. At a time when I need hope and support most of all, I can't afford the services of the only mental health providers that give me the best chance at rebuilding my life and recovering from the severe trauma and depression that have destroyed me.
