  1. I only eat twice a day. I have a hard time eating early but at 10 am is an excellent time. I, too always hear that you need to eat several times a day, crazy. I love you Sadhguru 🙏

  2. THE less we eat = the longer we Live! We should eat the least amount of the most nutritious food available. I only eat 1 meal a day everyday. I do drink water & fruit juices in the morning & evening. I also fast when I need to to obtain ultimate health.

  3. Bryan Johnson shows that the longer you go without food before bed, the better sleep you get. He eats his last meal around noon and sleeps at 8 pm.

  4. This is how I have been eating for last 5-6 years. It was an attempt at experimenting this food habit. I never felt better. Of course our meal has to be diverse, must include enough fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts etc. And millets too, not just rice and wheat. 🙏🏼

  5. If I fast for two to three days. By just drinking purified water. Maybe a bit ot tea. And just focus on my chores ahead with awareness I literally feel ontop of the World… Especially when I feel that have I have accumulated too many allergies. One should eat just half of what one eats, to leave a little space for food to be metabolised…this is the Ayruvendic way I believe…😊

  6. Sadhguru says stop being healthy. Don’t go to gym . Because a person who goes to gym will eat 3-4 meals per day for their health. Sadhguru says only two meals per day, defaming science and its way of structuring good health.
Thank you sadhguru , you have stopped inspiring me anymore
