  2. That's very true. Loneliness brought me insomnia and I urgently had to find a bf to cure my stress and anxiety as I was living away from my family and having BF really helped me.

  4. This talk offers a refreshing perspective on something we often take for granted social health as a fundamental part of our overall well-being. Maya’s story is a powerful illustration that even when our physical and mental health seem to be in good shape, something can still feel missing if we lack meaningful connection. As health professionals, we frequently witness how loneliness and social isolation quietly diminish people’s quality of life. Nurturing our relationships isn’t just a bonus, it’s a critical component of public health. The 5-3-1 framework stands out as a thoughtful, actionable approach. It’s time for social health to be recognized as essential in any conversation about lasting wellness.

  5. How can you apply your recommendations if you have physical damage to your voice making it difficult and painful to speak for extended periods of time – speaking an entire hour every day on top of the minimum required of me from work feels quite a lot

  7. To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ what helped me get out of that dark spiral was journaling and mindfulness from Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now!

My friend recommended a book called Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks. Those mindfulness meditation excersises helped me so much with my anxiety! I finally feel calm again. Like my whole nervous system finally slowed down. Hope you have a great day ❤

  9. To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ For me, it wasn’t therapy or meds that helped the most — it was reconnecting with myself. I started using the exercises in Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks, and it made me feel human again. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now! 🙏❤
