If this were true, most of the people on Earth have ADHD.
Don't generalize, it doesn't help!
this making me think i have ADHD
sorry, i wasn't paying attention
ohhh this is me ☹️☹️☹️
I think the term ADHD is wrong, if I analyse my behaviours, the conclusion is that I'm too focused on something, it is not a "deficit" it is an "over comitment" to the thing I'm doing now that leads to forgeting about things that are located in the past. See it as a drawers that you open, but you can only open one of them at the time but you can open it fully.
Facts
This is my life at 57
Then 1/2 the world has ADHD
That has nothing to do with ADHD. Just stop this idiocy telling everything is ADHD. This has become a new trend for many people I see.
Well… I guess I got ADHD I ain’t even know it 😌
The fidgeting is relatable but the forgetting is not relatable to me, thankfully 😅
Aww sending warm loving compassion and healing energy to you 🫶🏾✨
I feel so exposed
You didn't go back 2 other times because you forgot something else
Me: I lost my lunch
Fiancee: How does that even happen?
Me: It's a lifestyle
Yeah I’m the adhd 🤣
👎Hate the music. Overused.
😂😂me
I must have ADHD then.
Omg again exactly like my husband 😭
No ADHD
Deadass got locked out of my house one time becuase i forgot my keys on the stand right in front of the door. And locked it by the knob so when i realized i was already locked out. Bru from that point on i had to keep my window open a bit so if i ever did it again i could get in because it happened 3 times. The first time i paid a locksmith the second time i got in with a butter knife and the third time i knew to have my window open and forgot my keys were just in a different pocket from the one i already checked. Crazy how our minds work 😭 like ithis is why i live by the outa sight outa mind issue. It helps when im saving and trying to easily forget things but its very inconvenient when i rlly need something and it stresses me lmao. Im glad i found ppl who can relate to me tho after navigating theough it feeling alone.
Searching for the umbrella in the pockets is just insane 😂😂
I don't have ADHD, but I can relate
This ADHD trend needs to go away
Who are these people who sit and talk on the phone? I like to keep moving. 😂
I told my mom, “okay lock the door I’m going to work”. And she was sitting by the door.
I walk in 3 minutes later to get my work hat and she said. “I knew not to lock the door till 5 minutes past.” 💀
Eventually i just learned not to lock the door the first time my brother left the house 😂
So I had ADHD since my birth time
I swear this is so real. I have ADHD too😭
i forgot my house key inside the house one time ( i had to climb to my balcony from the apartment next…..we were on the 4th floor 😂
THIS IS ME😅
it's not even raining
relatable
True! But could have been 100 more actions in this short time😂😂😂
OMG !! I have ADHD.
This is a very accurate representation of ADHD patients

Ich kann beides 🎉
You definitely forgot the “did I lock the door , proceeds to walk back to double check , by the time you get to the car you forgot is you checked you check one last time , your family member records you , you get to the car , same thing again, the family member shows the video , of you go , to the destination it took you an hour to get to but you made it
