  1. I am not sure wich is the more important :

the realisation that I experienced all of that for the last 25 years ?

    Or

The fact that my copping strategies seems to be somehow valid.

I guess that the simple fact I'm still here after 25 years is in favor of the later.

    Also, therapy sure helps.

  2. Nice words, but what age is this directed too? I believe it is directed toward middle aged people. If you are an 80 year old woman with joint problems living in assisted living, many of your recommendations are not applicable.

  3. Have most of these things, but sleep is quite good, because I don't want to be awake most of the time. Had countless medications, 2 psychologist and none help. I'm exhausted by small trivialities, drop a pen and my day is ruined.

  4. Finally an exam i pass with flying colors. Point 8 might as well be a stark increase in usage of sarcasm… Yet it's something we germans call "Galgenhumor" (gallows humor) meaning finding humor in dire situations to kind of try to calm oneself down.

  5. Therapists like you are heaven sent 🙏
Thank you for keeping it so simple yet covering each and every red flag along with a nudge in the right direction 🙏
