    suffering from different symptoms for over a year,first of all I was suffering from extreme fatigue,dry tongue,dry mouth,and muscle pain,no salivary spray worked,after that I visited different rheumatologist and in latest ANA test I got JN01 +,and diagnosed as polymiositis,but later I visited Chennai,all the tests came negetive,returning kolkata my symptoms got flared up,my Biopsy done, the impression"Focal lymphocytic sialadenitis (focus score = 1) with associated atrophy of salivary gland acini. Note : Possibility of Sjogren syndrome may be considered by correlation with clinical features and other ancillary investigations" I am taking "MMF 500",Pilomax,bevon cap, but my symptoms are not reducing,please please help me.
