there’s an absolute epidemic of Gen Z mental health then not to mention their own financial mental or domestic abuse plus of it and menopause other kind of health issues and there’s a whole represented in your community the women who come to you yes this is a rep representative sample across the benchmarked the whole of the UK so women 45 to 65 it’s a proper big sample and we call that the midlife collision and because often what happens is those horsemen of the midlife apocalypse all arrive together and then they can really wipe out whatever it was was that you thought that you were doing in your life. But what’s that sounds a bit depressing, but what’s fascinating about that is that we also found that the women who had been through the most who’d had the most of that midlife collision ended up the happiest.
