Day 6/366 of running 12km everyday for mens mental health
Day six of running 12k every day for men’s mental health. That’s 5k. Today is the first day that I’ve had less than 24hour rest between each run. So was a bit tired this morning. Got a busy day in the afternoon, evening, meetings and workshops. 6K halfway. Missing the hat today. Sweat dripping. That’s 11k. This is about where the watch started yesterday. But so far so good. Day six. 12k. 72 in total.
