What should you do when you try to express what you're going through, but the response you get doesn't feel very… helpful?
Is it normal for me to wonder what’s my problem? Do I have sever depression or anxiety or do I have really bad trauma, the effects of trauma, PTSD??? I want to call crisis but I’m just freaking out, I’m not that suicidal, or am I just crazy? I’m so sorry to bother you, love your videos ❤️
That could be the problem. To look for symptoms, I mean. I don't know what you should look for – symptoms, triggers, hidden verbal messages (I thought It worked like that) or what the patient/ client says she wants to have help with. Yeah, maybe, the last, but as I have understood, many american shrinks works within some type of health insurance system, as well in some European countries. It's tricky. Very difficult. But nevertheless very important.

Even after years of therapy I don't speak up. I do not know why… How do people just do that?
I've had therapy in the past and it didn't help very much. I recently found out I am on the spectrum. Do you have any suggestions for getting more out of therapy for people on the spectrum?

This just gave me a big realization on the difference in me reacting to something, or me explaining what that thing just made me feel or triggered.
