  2. I genuinly needed this short when it came up in my feed! At the same time though (sorry to be that guy), I counted only 7 micro habits. Is the 8th one spending too much time online or not being honest with one's self?

  3. Tbh I always just feel like I’m trapped in a glass box thats just too small for me to be in like you can’t move at all, and no matter what I do nothing seems to relieve that pressure

  4. I was diagnosed with mdd a few years back. Im not sure why but to this day i can feel that my brain chemistry is off. It feels almost like a headache but theres less pain. And ill say out loud that "i feel off" or "i feel shitty" but i couldnt place why. I hate when people say it but eveuntally with enough work it gets better. Patience when your mentally unwell is like asking a wild wolf to not eat a medium rare steak with bbq sauce in the shape of a rabbit

  5. I always feel 'off'. I take my bipolar medication to manage my mental health, but I still feel 'off'. In fact, I don't remember what normal feels like. I just remember I wasn't always this way.

    I just stopped myself from having an panic attack after my mother slappend me i was like crying like im worthless then after "calming down" my first video suggetion was this 😂

  7. I don't really do any of these i don't do emotional check in, i do go on social media right away, i say im fine when im not, idk about the food one, i don't people please i just don't like talking to people or doing what they say, i don't compare myself at all
