Mental Health Awareness Month: Importance of Behavioral and Physical Health

May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. At CAL FIRE’s Training Center, we encourage and teach self-care activities like meditation, breathwork, and physical activity that promote physical and mental health. Each week throughout the month, our Behavioral Health and Wellness Center team will be sharing some of the self-care exercises you can do to promote behavioral health and physical fitness.
