  2. Glad to hear you're ok Michelle
I worked in mental health services for fifteen years and seen many people in this place ( including me).
If you ever want any support I'm here for you 🙏

  3. Sometimes ee no longer want to live, not because if mental illness but because of a situation outside our control which is causing us so much pain that we just want it to stop

  4. Depression is almost unexplainable it's like an invisible weight is holding you down, I recovered just like Micheal did, I didn't hurt myself but I did think about it, mine lasted for about nine months, I have always been happy but lost two family members in one year

  5. I’m struggling at the moment and it’s nice to see this kind of thing being spoken about in public but men and women are completely different. There isnt the same help out there for us guys. The system is broken

  6. Yes but the government says it's too expensive now to have sick people, so cleverly by taking any money they get away will cure them, the 6 million unworking will miraculously get one of the 800,000 vacancies,, 😂😂😂

  7. Thanks Michelle for sharing this incredibly powerful. I’m probably in that decade myself. Thanks for sharing. It’s not easy and obviously a lot of people will probably be watching you and probably connect with us. Thank you for your honesty and also your current energy for life well

  8. Thank you for speaking up about this. I went to my doctor 15 years ago after losing my job and realising I was in a bad place (in bed all day, not showering etc). His immediate response was to want to prescribe me medication. I asked him to prescribe me things to do: get up at a certain time, wash, make lunch, go to a different museum or gallery, write a diary . His response was that I was a danger to myself!!!

  9. Well done love for speaking upabout this topic ,,which people tend to skirt around…,you didn't answer the question as to how old were you?❤

  10. My boss doesn't believe in any mental health.

Depression, stress doesn't exist. All made up

Famous quote at work "we don't do sympathy hear"

    Unless it's him.
