  1. Madeline…good day! I need to give credit where credit is due. Your video tips were very beneficial in helping me to land an excellent job, and get away from a bad one. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate your time and efforts. They helped to make a big difference in my life. Thank you so very much for sharing your expertise!

  2. I got the job🎉🎉🎉🎉 speaking into the atmosphere and I will come back to make it official as I am on my way to an interview for an industry I idolise

  3. I do not like these questions because I have to make something up on the spot. I have an interview in 2 weeks for a admin role and I’m really stressing out.
Hopefully this will help some how

  4. I never knew that I do this but I always tell stories in my interviews because I be having some interesting stories from my past jobs. I’ve always gotten those jobs too

  5. So important to have a story bank ready and not just to ‘perform’ confidence but to feel it in the BODY. Emotional safety in interviews is underrated!

  6. After a year of unsuccessfully searching for a new Executive Assistant role, I made the difficult decision to leave my soul-destroying job—without another position to go to. I was getting interviews but just couldn’t land the role. Then I stumbled across this website, which proved invaluable. I took plenty of notes and memorised key questions.
Two interviews later, for different roles, I was reference-checked for both and offered the job I really wanted. I withdrew from the other. I genuinely believe Madeline’s tips and techniques helped improve my interview performance.
I’d love to say I secured a higher salary than my previous role, but the reality is I had to accept a slight pay cut—the job market is changing rapidly. Good luck to everyone still on the journey!

  7. Finally……a video that actually goes over how to answer a behavioral interview question that doesn't use vague questions. My company uses questions like "tell us a time you did xxxxx……what did you do, what were the results" This video helped a bunch. Luckily I've already made a "story toolbox" if you will.

  8. Thank you for your amazing video! how to answer these questions — "You are working with a new instrument for the first time. 1) How would you ensure the accuracy of your results?"

    2) You're working in a team and someone disagrees with your analytical approach. How would you handle the situation? Should the answer come from my past experience, or should it be a hypothetical/future-oriented one? What would be the best answer for these questions? Please clarify. Thank you 🙂

  9. I was asked a few questions and didn’t know how to answer them. I’ll put it here: How do you describe inclusion in your everyday life? What services of our company did you use and like the most? (It’s a global level company and there’s no way as an individual I use their services) and What does safety culture mean to you in a company? God! I answered, but my answers were very confusing to the HR
