  1. You've entirely overlooked anxiolytics (anxiety meds) namely benzodiazepines. Can be severely habit-forming, but frankly as someone with severe bipolar and PTSD – I can't live without them. And I know of several people with only bipolar who benefit greatly from them as well. It's a double edged sword. They really suck to be dependent on, but past that, they are like magic for my anxiety and agoraphobia. Mania as well. Most bipolar mania sufferers will tell you – summer months are the absolute worst for being manic. Kinda makes me wonder if vitamin D plays a role in the mania because the huge increase in sunlight is the only thing I can see (and what's generally accepted as causing the spike) causing me to be manic much worse in summer months. Pretty good evidence for that also, was homeless during corona, having 10x the amount of sunlight I'd gotten in a summer for 20 years? I was literally so hype i was singing showtunes just wingin it off the top of my head i don't even like or know any actual showtunes and i frickin' HATE singing or public exposure when I'm normally regulated.

  2. I was made to believe theirs no cure by my canadian doctors, I had bipolar for 5 years I've been on medications searching for a permanent cure and I came across Dr Isibor on youtube which I started with his natural herbal treatment and body cleanser and now I'm better so happy I was able to live normally again..

  3. I had a terrible insomnia during my first episode of bipolar, I was unable to sleep for two months and was extremely suicidal. I eventually committed suicide but failed. I am now 18 years post injury, I am in a wheelchair but really enjoy living after my bipolar is treated successfully. Anyway, sharing my story here to give you some hope if you are in the midst of it https://youtu.be/xi-on4PmKuE

  4. Wait. If that's the way their brain makes them think you change it cause its unhealthy.

But when how the brain is wired causes people to want life long treatment or their body gets sick or starts dying and they do it on purpose as others support its ok.

    Whys that not sound right?

    I don't get it.

Hows that make sense to people.

But only to someone that also has bipolar disorder, only with someone suffering from this mental disorder will understand what I'm going through.

  9. I have bipolar disorder and on Effexor. Had a bad accident and broke 13 bones and since then have went on a downward spiral. I’m not in a real good place atm. I didn’t take the opiates so it’s not that. I’m healed as far as broken bones now but my mind is not at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I do have a pretty solid family as far as aunts and cousins and my son but family doesn’t totally get bipolar and often criticizes my behavior.I have suffered some big losses as far as family and ppl I loved very much in the last few years. Idk if that has anything to do with it but man I need help. Thanks in advance

  10. i learnt much about bipolar disorder nd other mental disorders.i understood that I suffer from bipolar disorder.but my parents won't allow me to consult a psychiatrist, iam mbbs beginner

  11. I am bipolar disorder trying to get back on track since 6 years but nothing working out. If someone else with bipolar talk to me and i talk to you try to get away with this loneliness and understand each other problem and share thought. Talk about ideas how to recover. People with bipolar syndrome can not be judgmental and have better understanding of each other problems, life event, past etc

  12. I do want to spread a message. For 10 years I had frequent urination. I thought my meds caused it, even my drs were switching my meds, testing me for diabetes. I had a UTI. UTI doesn't always have pain, it's greatly improved my life after taking augmenten, so if you have frequent urination go to a urologist.

  13. My bipolar disorder nearly ruined my life and my career ambitions but I recently got amazing results after taking treatment from Dr Okouromi on YouTube.

  17. I am suffering from many years
    A baffling disease
Suddenly the patient starts feeling sad.
    Or very happy.
A sympathetic friend is the best answer
    But then
For how much time can a friend help.
    Keep on living.
    Without expecting help.
One day the illness will surely quit.
    And you will be happy
    Todays world is too commercial.
You to have buy love and friendship.

  18. بدترین شکل این بیماری این هست که شما در کشوری زندگی کنید که جامعه هنوز بیماری های روانی را به عنوان یک بیماری قبول ندارن و فکر می کنن شخص قصد دارد دیگران را با این عمل فریب دهد

  19. بین
The worst part of my illness is that the people of my country (Iran) and my family are completely strangers to mental illness and think that someone like me, who has a mental illness, is lying and my intention is to deceive others. They reject the whole thing and only believe in the form of madness one hundred percent 😔😔😔😔😔😔

  20. Sorry, but drug treatment is not as simple as it seems. I used some and hated it, a lot of side effects, which I had to abandon in 2/3 months. The medications are too strong, they alter the metabolism, the sexual aspect, you can no longer lose weight at all, even with diet and training. There is also drowsiness and immense tiredness, emotional dullness, hand tremors, very vivid dreams. I don't like to discourage anyone, I spent 4 years on medication, and I felt like I was a drug addict (and I'm not into drugs) I was even more depressed about feeling so much. The only medication I currently use is Lamotrigine, and I am researching supplements and integrative medicine, because I am almost sure there is a solution, than using these strong medications. The indu$$try makes a lot of money from sick people, doctor$ agree with that. Psychiatric medications are one of the best-selling in the world
