There is a classical book written by Flaubert, called "Mrs Beauvary" (I hated this reading, btw!), and the main lesson we learn through the book is exactly that: "Happiness (with a big "H") is not something that comes from expectations, waits or wishes that you will achieve it in the future. And if you ever fall into this illusion that THE Happiness will ever comes by believing "One day, it will happen", then you have fallen into what we call "beauvarism".
