  4. Nature is so underrated, guys. I'm not saying it is a solution, but please give it a try. Being in a building nonstop increases my anxiety, and at times, I do feel depressed. I noticed when I was out in nature with the sounds of birds and wind, accompanied by the sun, I felt better compared to sitting under florescent lights for 8 hrs a day.

  5. My mental health & inner peace are a top priority, & I nurture them daily. Inner peace is essential to true happiness, & I am committed to cultivating and maintaining it daily. My self-care routines remind me that prioritizing my health & well-being is not optional—it’s essential. I understand that caring for my mental health leads to a more joyful, peaceful life, which is why I consistently make space for it. I schedule self-care as a vital daily practice, honoring the truth that my mental health deserves loving attention. Inner peace helps me meet life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease. I support myself with love & compassion, knowing these are the foundations of healing, growth, inner peace, & lasting fulfillment.
