MFU Hosting Mental Health Workshop in Great Falls

(Great Falls) – The Montana Farmers Union is hosting a free mental health workshop at the Farmers Union Insurance Building in Great Falls on Tuesday November 18th. Jodi Koterba (Cutter-Bah) the education director for the MFU tells us more about it.

“So, COMET stands for: Changing our mental and emotional trajectory. It’s a one and a half to two-hour interactive training program to help people support others whom they may have seen as sad, anxious, distracted, depressed. Different from their normal everyday attitude
