  1. I knew the pop was coming, and I paused the video because I became scared. I have never seen one of those pop. When it happened, It still scared me even though I knew it was coming. 😢

  2. Unfortunately some of us don't have the ability to exercise because of a disability. Unless sitting and throwing the Frisbee in the backyard for my service dog counts.

  3. Really amazing clip! I hope Dr. Julie didn't hurt herself and her spine is well. I would love to see a making-of. How many exercise balls did she pop (e.g. because it burst in the middle of a sentence) or how many times she enthusiastically said her line before the ball finally popped?

  4. I've just hit that breaking point.
    I've resigned from my position.
And it hurts a lot after putting so much in.
I also feel abused and unsupported, just criticized in a nasty aggressive way.
Taken for granted, unappreciated for the things I've done well, as the things I could not do have taken precedent.
    It hurts so much.
