  1. This is me right now. Been building up and I thought might be winter blues, my eating of sugar foods have increased a worrying amount. And losing joy for things I once loved. Working on it daily to get back on the wagon

  2. Okay, now what? Been burned out for the past 3 years. But I just keep my job to keep a roof over our heads. I MUST work, but working makes me wish I was dead. How do we break out of this cycle?

  3. This is me right now and it leads me to resign from my job. Now I have to serve 2 months of notice period but God even one day feels so long! Iโ€™m crying everyday because Iโ€™m so overwhelmed and I canโ€™t wait for this to end. Sending virtual hugs to everyone who is going through the same thing.

  4. Yes really I am suffering from academic burnout and the painting ๐ŸŽจ that i enjoy earlier is not attracting my intrest please help me I am full of stress and confusion

  5. I canโ€™t do anything about it. Not when I just started high school. I canโ€™t slow down, not now. If I do then no college for me (Iโ€™m not as privileged as others. It would be high enough if I can make it through to my local university without drowning in debts I canโ€™t pay). No college, no job that would fulfill basic life goals. People might think Iโ€™m overthinking but thatโ€™s my truth. However, I canโ€™t get out of bed, go through every days just trying to get to tomorrow, knowing Iโ€™m doing half as much others. Iโ€™m tired with (sorta)undiagnosed adhd which results in me never being above average.

  6. Idk who'll read this comment but it's also the feeling of nothingness and tiredness. No reel or food interests you it's just the feeling of nothingness that keeps hovering around, is also a sign of mental burnout
