NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A mental health center for young Nashvillians is now open.

This is a crisis center for kids aged 4 to 17. It’s accepting patients at the Mental Health Cooperative (MHC).

A press release from MHC says the emergency center has requirements for income or insurance. It’s located at 260A Cumberland Bend in Nashville and can be contacted at 615-726-0125.

Facility leaders say this will make a big difference for kids here in Nashville.

They are also hoping it will expand their reach for kids needing help all across the entire Midstate.
