  1. Can’t believe I watched this guy play in highschool in Alabama one time. Pretty sure he scored like 40 and went like 15/17 or some crazy stats he really was unstoppable. Big white boy dominating in Alabama was so crazy!

  2. samething happen to me…anxiety killed my basketball drive…I was so scared to get on the court again thinking it would happen again…so i quit playing ball…i was scared to work, hard to leave home……I feel like Ben Simmons is going thru something like this and he is not saying anything.

  4. Much respect for him opening up about this It helps a lot of people out there. People with anxiety attacks aren’t weak it’s actually is a very tough thing to deal with especially if you’ve never had it before it can be crippling. God bless anyone out there going dealing with it.

  5. You would be surprised just how many people suffer with mental health, even those who always put a smile on their faces. You are not alone and there's always light at the end of the tunnel. Be open about it, speak to someone and remember you aren't alone. Sending love to you all

  6. I'm suffering anxiety and panic attacks. I'm really struggling right now. This is a great video. I'm in therapy and getting help. I go to work and try my best. People like this really help folk like me.

  7. It can be extra hard for an athlete because they are told to fight through the pain, but as people with panic attacks know, the more you fight it the worse it becomes, you have to give yourself time to recover, and that's kinda hard when it's the playoffs and people's jobs and millions of dollars are on the line.

  8. I have also anxiety and i am afraid playing basketball because when i feel my heart after running chasing the ball at the court and my heart beats fast like it will explode and i start to panic, that is why i am worry about it. You can't play beacuse of it.
