My Teen Mental Hospital Experience (Part 4 of 4 – Rules) 🏥💚

This video is focused on our founder Sailor Smoak’s teen mental hospital experience. In part 4, Sailor talks about the rules. We are not mental health professionals or experts on mental hospitals. Everything that is said in this video comes from personal lived experience, and it does not replace mental health professional advice, help, or knowledge. Be sure to watch parts 1-3 also!

  1. For me, we were allowed one pencil at a time, but we could not have any kind of string such as sweat pants, hoodie, and shoe strings, we were not allowed phones or computers, but we could check out a bluetooth speaker and listen to pre-approved music. I was also a very light breather as I slept and the staff would have to come right up to my face when checking on me at night because it looked like I wasn't breathing half the time.
