LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A familiar face returned to the ice in Henderson as the Guns N’ Hoses Charity Hockey Game made its comeback, bringing together hockey and first responders to support mental health initiatives.
Deryk Engelland, a Vegas Golden Knights alumnus, participated in the hockey game at Lee’s Family Forum.
The Henderson Silver Knights, in partnership with Sin City FD Sports, announced the return of the family-friendly event, which benefits first responder mental health initiatives.
This year’s event helped raise funds for Sin City FD Sports, a charity focused on breaking down barriers and removing the stigma surrounding firefighter mental health.
