LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The City of Laredo is partnering with Awareness Warriors to host Laredo Mud Fiesta 2.0, a mud obstacle course event centered on mental health awareness and veteran support.
The event is built around the message “Depression hates a moving target” and is designed to encourage physical activity, build community connections, and reduce stigma around mental health.
Participants will navigate a muddy obstacle course open to all fitness levels, offering both a competitive challenge and a community experience.
Laredo Mud Fiesta 2.0 is free and open to the public. The event takes place Saturday, March 28.
