Ryan Croke says the referendum’s passage means a lot of good will be done.

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Sangamon County voters passed a referendum regarding the formation of a mental health board, and a half-cent sales tax increase to help pay for various services, during Tuesday’s primary election.  Ryan Croke, First Assistant Deputy Governor for Health and Human Services, was among those advocating for its passage, and talks with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
