Over 400 mental health therapy approaches available in Singapore amid rising demand

Mental health support in Singapore is evolving fast. Therapists said there are now as many as 400 different therapy approaches available in Singapore, roughly twice as many as a decade ago. This, as new creative and trauma-informed treatments become more popular. Singapore currently has a growing network of over 200 mental health touchpoints, including professional bodies, community partners and specialised helplines that serve the different needs within the community. 1. Local so many mental problems?
    Not confine just in Yishun?
Must be karma over the relentless pursuit of wealth.
Why country across the causeway does not have such wide spread mental issues?

  2. Even a highly intelligent highly educated Cambridge PhD holder also cannot escape the fate of mental breakdown by our clueless/cruel government! Even talented people are not spare, let alone ordinary folks like us! 65% credit to you! 👏👏👏👏

  3. There's a candidate from WP that was formerly a director at IMH and he warned of more and more patient seeking help for mental illnesses, I think he is contesting Tampines if I'm not wrong. In his rally speech he warned that we cannot allow this government to be given a blank cheque again, more opposition needed to make sure they are on their toe in whatever policies they are coming up with! Unfortunately, his message was turn on deaf ears and again no further inroar for more opposition and the incumbent was given a "strong" mandate some more! 😮
