A day-long Mental Health Summit will bring together law enforcement, courts, behavioral health, hospitals, education, and community leaders on April 9. The purpose of the summit, which is being organized by the Midlothian Police Department Crisis Intervention Unit, is to deliver trauma-informed, compassionate solutions that enhance safety, foster connection, and support recovery for individuals experiencing mental health crises.
