  1. What changed everything for me was writing down everything I could remember. Not just having random memories popping up all the time. It put the puzzle together instead of having a head full of puzzle pieces.

    5. Decide to accept things as they are (accept the unacceptable)
    6. Mourn what you have lost
    7.find connection with something larger than yourself

    I started this process last year. Narrative and self talk is so important. i also learned how to feel safe in my body by doing yoga 5 times a week, and lifting heavy in the gym 3-4 times a week. I've healed from 30 years of chronic pain and migraine, and four years of burn out and hideous sensory processing disorder. I'm a different person ❤. It's an ongoing process, but i don't mind because the by-product is that i look 20 years younger 😊
