MADISON, Ala. — WellStone has opened a new clinic in Madison to provide mental health and substance use services for adults 19 and older. The office at 9238 Madison Boulevard, Suite 900, offers individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
Clients may also be referred to other WellStone locations for additional care, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, primary care in Huntsville, detox services at River Crossing Withdrawal Management, and residential treatment at River Valley Recovery Center.
